We speak with Romanus Opiyo, programme leader of Sustainable Urbanisation of the Stockholm Environmental Institute about the impact of climate change on transport in low- and middle-income countries and how it is affecting disadvantaged groups the most. We also discuss using participatory approaches to transport design that is inclusive and resilient.
